History
Mitchell Swerdlow entered the diamond and estate jewelry business in 1978. As President of Mitchell Swerdlow, Inc. incorporated in 1988, Mitchell has been serving local, national and international diamond markets for more than 30 years. As a founding member of the Diamond Bourse of Southeast United States, coupled with his honesty & integrity, he has been elected by his peers as a board member every year since its inception.
In 1993 he diversified into retail by opening a retail store in Palm Beach, Florida. Mitchell Swerdlow has served as expert witness for identifying diamonds and jewelry for prominent cases.
Background

Mitchell Swerdlow incorporated South Florida Heirlooms in 2007 because we realized people who may want to sell their fine jewelry want to sell to dealers who would respect the value of the heirlooms and pay higher prices for the pieces and not just its separate components.
